7 Lower-Body Workouts That Will Kick Your Butt

Working specific parts of your body is so important because you can't tone and get stronger without it. Aside from being my favorite type of exercise, strength training helps with weight loss, improves strength and coordination, improves mood, and even helps prevent diseases and injuries.

 If you are someone who has never really done strength before, I highly suggest focusing on one body part at a time, and watching videos so that you can learn the correct form. I personally have fallen in love with each of these videos below, and I especially am even more in love with the people in them!
